Founder of Registered Care Manager, creator of the Qualitizer Process™ and lover of all thing equestrian with a sprinkling of cats and dogs.

I’ve been on this leadership in health and social care journey for nearly 3 decades, but it has not always been easy with ups and downs along the way that I am sure you can relate to.

I founded Registered Care Manager in 2011 with a vision to help others manage care homes and home care services they are proud of and live the life they want to live.

My mission is to support you and give you the tools and processes to enjoy your own Qualitizer Process™ journey.

When life gets busy, or all your energy is focused a specific area of management within your care home, it is often easy to find that your working pattern is off balance and that you are concentrating on one or two areas and not paying enough attention to others.
